We also collect information automatically when you interact with our platform, including usage data, device identifiers, and analytics about how you use our features.
When you connect third-party integrations (e.g., Shopify, Salla, Facebook Ads), we collect data from those platforms as authorized by you, including order history, customer data, ad spend, and product information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Bine platform
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send transactional and product update emails (you can opt out of non-essential communications at any time)
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your store's customer data for our own marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
Bine uses trusted third-party services to operate the platform. These include payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics tools, and customer support platforms. Each provider is bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
When you enable integrations, data flows between Bine and the third-party platform under the terms of that platform's own privacy policy. Bine acts as a data processor on your behalf for any merchant or customer data from those integrations.
4. Cookies & Tracking
Bine uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences (language, theme), and aggregate analytics. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies for advertising. You can control cookie settings through your browser; disabling cookies may affect authentication and preferences.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, fraud prevention).
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing

8. Children
Bine is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or with a prominent notice on our platform before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Bine after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
