1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Bine platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Bine provides an analytics and e-commerce management platform for merchants. Features include real-time analytics dashboards, storefront management, inventory tracking, ad integration, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use Bine. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@bine.io
You may not share your account with others or create accounts using automated means.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. After repeated failures, we may downgrade or suspend your account. You can cancel your subscription at any time; you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, spam, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service in a way that impairs performance
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for violations of this section.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the Service. By using Bine, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership over your store data, customer data, or business information. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
7. Intellectual Property
The Bine platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by Bine and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may connect to third-party platforms (Shopify, Salla, Facebook, etc.). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. Bine is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bine's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, except where local law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
